Actions continued across the four centres hosting the ongoing AMA U-18 Star Youth Football Championship at the weekend, as teams engaged in fierce battles to qualify for the Round of 16.
The championship, initiated by Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun (AMA), member of the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Ikorodu Constituency II, continues to serve as a platform for youth empowerment, talent discovery, and community development through sports.
During the week two games, young footballers showcased remarkable talent, determination, and sportsmanship, delivering thrilling encounters that kept spectators on the edge of their seats.

At the end of the week of actions in Ijede, Elepe, Imota, and Igbogbo centres, the following teams qualified for the next round:
